Here at Tai Chi Community we like to practice Tai Chi, Tai Chi Push Hands, and other Tai Chi related martial arts.  We typically practice at around 8am, but any time of the day is good for Tai Chi class.

Tai Chi push hands are really fun because they let you put  into action all the Tai Chi forms that you’ve learned over the years.

We also like to learn and practice Qigong and other related energy arts and martial arts.

We mostly do this because Tai Chi helps you feel better and live longer.

Some of the things we like are Tai Chi, Qigong, Aikido, Reiki, Meditation, Prayer, healing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Daito-Ryu Aiki-jujutsu, and more.
